Coffee
It is in the process of roasting coffee that a miracle occurs, where the aroma that is created surprises us all when compared to the green bean.
At Royal, when we think about why some (many) customers say we have the best coffee ever, it is the love for how the product is made that comes in front, soon followed by the best choice of beans and the roasting process that seeks to emphasize the taste balance.
And at the end there is the cracking of the roasted grain already very clear to our roasters, which is very finely tuned to create something unforgettable.

We don’t rely on automated machinery to roast our coffee to perfection, instead, we control the development of the roast by hand, using sensory skills to monitor changes in colour, aroma, and physical changes in the beans.
