This soft and well balanced Nicaraguan coffee is proudly collected from four different farmers around the region of Nueva Segovia, Silvio Sanchez, Gonzalo Castillo, Byron Rodriguez and Almendarez family. Once selected they go through the trusted Santa Lucila dry mill, the Paguaga family's centre for drying and processing coffee beans.
VARIETY - Red and yellow Catuai, Caturra, Java, Pacamara, Geisha, Catimor, Maracaturra, Villassarchi and Catuaí.
