Zombo - Uganda

Tekuza coffee comes from Uganda’s high-altitude Alur Highlands, where dedicated smallholder farmers sustainably cultivate coffee across the rugged terrain of the Zombo district. This deeply connected community relies on coffee both as a vital source of livelihood and as a means to preserve their traditional way of life. The microstation’s commitment to community-led sourcing and meticulous processing supports both social and environmental stewardship, resulting in a coffee that reflects the unique ecosystem and care behind each harvest.

ALTITUDE: 1,450 - 1,800 meters.

PROCESS: Natural (hand-picked, strictly sorted, and sun-dried inside the cherry on raised beds)

FLAVOUR: Rich chocolate and sweet orange, with a harmonious tamarind-like vibrance and layered of Grape complexity.
