Sheka coffee comes from Ethiopia’s Sheka Forest Biosphere Reserve, where dedicated farmers sustainably cultivate amid challenging conditions, including nine months of heavy rain and reliance on donkeys and mules for transport. This deeply connected community relies on coffee both as a vital income source and as a means to preserve their traditional way of life. The estate’s commitment to worker wellbeing and regenerative agriculture supports environmental stewardship, resulting in a coffee that reflects the unique ecosystem and care behind each harvest.

VARIETAL: Heirloom Ethiopian varieties.

ALTITUDE: 1,680 - 1,950 meters.

PROCESS: Washed (hand-picked, pulped, fermented, wet-processed, dried on beds) and Natural (sun-dried on raised beds).

FLAVOUR: Bright florals and stone fruit, with harmonious vibrance and layered complexity.
