Huai Chompu coffee comes from the Akha Hilltribe community in Chiang Rai's "Pink Valley," where cherry blossoms bloom during harvest. Grown by smallholder farmers like Stidkhun Wuiyaku, this coffee features cultivars such as Catuai, Typica, Chiang Mai, and SJ133. The Chiang Mai variety is particularly notable as a rust-resistant hybrid developed to improve both cup quality and local farming resilience

ALTITUDE: 1,250 - 1,450 meters

PROCESS: Anaerobically fermented for 6 days in plastic bags, then slow-dried on raised beds.

FLAVOUR: Complex and vibrant, enhanced by innovative fermentation and drying techniques
