COMSA is a society of coffee producers in the Marcala Region, La Paz, Honduras, which aims to achieve economic, social and environmental objectives, as a strategy to reduce poverty and promote sustainable development. Marcala coffee is based on a rich tradition of quality, based on naturally favorable conditions and the discipline of the human factor in production.
Their efforts can be clearly seen by the quality of the green beans and for the amazing flavours in cup, such as cocoa nibs and malt accompanied by a bittersweet after taste. We would recommend you to brew it either for espresso or filter coffee than you can find interesting flavours and intensities with different extraction methods.
