Our passion for new flavours and adventures is always taking us all over the world. And this time we stopped at the heart of Brazil, midwest Goiano. Fazenda Bagagem started to grow coffee in 2007, since then these magical beans have been part of their FAMILY. Nowadays, this farm is producing 150 hectares of two different varieties, Red Catuai 144 and Yellow Catuai 62, with some different methods of harvest and coffee processing. This farm became a highlight in the specialty coffee scene.
Leading the family and the farm, Álvaro Orioli has dedicated himself to the production of specialty coffee focusing in the great cares and sustainable, which accomplished in 2018 to Fazenda Bagagem certificate of sustenance UTZ and Rainforest, and a certificate from BSCA (recognizing their efforts and hard work during the years).
This Semi-Washed coffee give us a bright, delicate and a full-bodied beverage, very well balanced with nutty and caramel notes and some funky-funky acidity like wild berries. Perfect fit for espresso drinks, moka pot and french press!
